Floral Pricing
Asking how much wedding flower cost is almost impossible to answer simply, this is because there are so many aspects and variations to consider for example, the types of flowers used, the size and scale of the event, the amount of set up required vs the allowed bump-in time provided by the venue⦠and the list goes on. Just as every love story is unique, we custom design and quote each wedding we do for our clients and therefore cannot offer set price packages.
However, using the numbers we have seen in past weddings, we can provide some guidance on what your budget may cover. (Please note that these numbers are a guide for your budgeting and planning purposes only. It may or may not reflect your end quote.)
A budget of $3.5k - $5.5k is ideal for clients looking for our bespoke bridal party flowers of 2-3 bridesmaids plus bridal party accessories and floral touches for your ceremony and/or reception with potential delivery, setup and pack up.
A budget of $5.5k-$7.5k will include the above plus allow you to include an impactful floral feature for either ceremony or reception. This may need to stretch closer to 10K if you are looking to cover a tablescape of larger guest lists.
A budget of 10Kβ15K+ is typically required for a wedding that is looking for florals as the main element to elevate the overall wedding design. Or a wedding that has a high number of guests and large venue spaces.
Apart from our finished floral products, included within the pricing is the services of communication that could potentially extend up to 18 months, travel expense for sourcing, floral and dry stock prepping, designing, logistics planning, transport, setup, pack up, waste separation and cleaning.
External factor that may impact your pricing is the timing of your wedding. We have a 20% surcharge for Mothers Day week (first or second weekend of May) and 25% surcharge for dates revolving around Valentines Day week (14th February). The level of logistical complications may also affect your overall quote if travel is required.
Peony N Pearl is an event-only floral design studio. Our clienteles look to us for experienced and reliable full fresh floral service done to the highest standard for their big day.
