Bouquet and Buttonhole Delivery Address / Addresses: Bridal party flowers delivery costs $40 for each location. The fee for delivering to the bridal location is usually included in your initial quote. If you need flowers delivered to the groom's location as well, there's an extra $40 charge for the extra delivery.

List of Items to be Delivered to the address/ Addresses: (Only fill this if you require the bridal party flowers to be delivered to 2+ separate addresses. Skip this section if you only have 1 delivery address)

Preferred time for bridal party flowers to be delivered. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timing. Please specify your preferred delivery time in a broad available time frame. Eg: before 12pm, between 9am - 12pm etc...

CAKE FLOWERS: If you have chosen us to provide the wedding cake flowers, please let us know who your cake maker is and how you plan for the flowers to reach the cake. Option1: The cake flowers can be picked up from the studio 1-2 days before the wedding. Option2: The cake flowers can be left at the wedding venue for the cake maker to decorate.

LATE NIGHT PACK UP: Please let us know the suitable arrival time or the time of when your reception concludes.

In case your wedding is featured on our social media, please list your wedding vendors below so that we can credit them. IE: Photographer, hair and make up artist, celebrant, musician, venue etc... And don't forget to add your own account so we can tag you! =)

In a separate email, please provide pictures of the following (if applicable) these will help us decide the finishing touches to your floral orders:

Bridal Gown Bridesmaids Dresses Grooms Outfit Grooms-men's Outfits (If different from the groom) Page Boy / Ring Bearer Flower Girl / Junior Bridesmaid. Any additional floral inspiration pictures.

Any last-minute edits to the quote, please let us know in the same email.
